Buying a house

On a recent long run (this past Sunday, to be exact), I had a house-buying epiphany. Not that I am planning on house-buying soon, but I am enjoying the idea.
And the conclusion of two hours of watching and pondering was that it doesn't really matter what the house looks like, I am buying the one with the Narnia lamp-post in the garden. :)
